- Psoriatic arthritis
Psoriatic arthritis develops in patients who have psoriasis, a skin illness that creates red patches and flakes on the skin. It is capable of causing joint pain, stiffness, and swelling in any joint in the body.
- Gout
Gout is caused by the buildup of uric acid stones in the joints, resulting in extreme pain, swelling, and redness. It usually affects the big toe, but it can affect other joints as well.

Turmeric is a spice that has been used in every house in India. It contains curcumin can help with arthritis pain by reducing inflammation in the body. Arthritis is basically an inflammation, which causes swelling and pain in the joints. Curcumin has been shown to reduce joint pain and stiffness by reducing the production of certain enzymes that encourage inflammation in the body.
Turmeric can be taken up in a variety of ways, such as a cooking spice, as a supplement, and as a tea.
You might start to think about consuming more turmeric in your food from now on. However, it is not possible to get enough curcumin by simply eating turmeric with food because turmeric only contains 2-5% of curcumin and our body has a limited ability to absorb curcumin.
